BairesDev is seeking a Python AI Orchestration Engineer to design and build AI-driven solutions. You will connect machine learning models with robust software, and scale multi-agent architectures across distributed systems.
You will architect complex agent workflows, develop production-grade Python applications, and collaborate with global teams to ensure fault-tolerant, high-performance AI infrastructure. This is a 100% remote role, offering USD compensation and flexible scheduling.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering.
- Proven expertise in Python development and building AI-driven solutions.
- Hands-on experience with agentic orchestration frameworks and multi-agent workflows.
- Experience deploying, evaluating, and scaling AI production systems; Advanced English.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy complex multi-agent workflows and orchestration frameworks.
- Build and optimize production-grade AI applications using Python.
- Evaluate and scale intelligent infrastructure to ensure high system availability and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define patterns for autonomous decision-making systems.
