Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software or AI engineering, hands-on experience with agentic workflows, and excellent English. This is a 100% remote role with competitive USD compensation and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Software or AI engineering experience.
• Proven track record building generative AI applications.
• Hands-on with agentic orchestration frameworks and workflows.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop single- and multi-agent AI systems capable of autonomous business task execution.
• Implement robust agentic orchestration frameworks and stateful workflows.
• Build and optimize workflows integrating generative AI architectures with APIs and databases.
• Establish validation, metrics, and guardrails for reliability and safety.
• Monitor and tune agent reasoning performance balancing autonomy and cost.
