BairesDev is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and ship pipelines connecting to LLM providers, leading AI-driven initiatives, and building agentic systems that reason, plan, and act. You will combine strong Java and Python engineering with expertise in agentive design and RESTful integrations.

The role emphasizes AI coding agents to speed delivery while upholding code quality, with 100% remote work and competitive USD compensation. Advanced English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience designing agentic systems with tool use, agent loops, function calling, and reasoning models.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integrations.
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, Bedrock; Anthropic preferred).
• Comfort with AI-assisted coding as part of daily workflow.
• Experience with MCP or AI agent orchestration frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
