Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Proposal Manager, Presales to own client-facing proposals for software development and IT services. You will lead end-to-end responses, coordinate across sales, delivery, security and architecture, and ensure high-quality submissions for RFx responses while working in a fully remote capacity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience owning client-facing proposals for software or IT services.
• Experience with nearshore or offshore delivery models.
• End-to-end ownership of response processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, and English writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposals end-to-end, from intake through submission and follow-up.
• Lead RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses ensuring every question and requirement is answered.
• Plan each response: contributors, timelines, review cycles, submission.
• Write executive summaries, client understanding, and capability narratives.
• Assemble technical, delivery, security, and commercial content into a cohesive document.
• Identify gaps and uncertainties and escalate to owners before submission.
• Handle client questions and clarifications through to close.
