BairesDev is seeking a Databricks Data Engineer to design and optimize large-scale data pipelines using Apache Spark, with emphasis on lakehouse architectures and efficient processing across cloud environments.

This fully remote role offers flexible hours, competitive USD compensation, and a global, diverse team. Strong English skills and 5+ years in data engineering or software engineering are expected, along with hands-on Databricks experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise in building and managing data pipelines using Apache Spark and Databricks.
• Strong proficiency in large-scale data processing and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data architectures and data modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and optimize robust data pipelines to handle large-scale data workflows.
• Build efficient data architectures using modern lakehouse and warehouse platforms.
