BairesDev is seeking a Senior BI Engineer to own the BI lifecycle, building robust ETL/ELT pipelines and semantic data models that power insightful dashboards. You will design data models, develop Power BI reports with advanced DAX, and ensure data quality from pipelines to presentations.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in BI or data engineering.
• Proficiency in Python for ETL/ELT, including Delta Lake, PySpark, pandas, and REST API integrations.
• Experience with data modeling, including Star/Snowflake schemas and semantic layer design in Power BI/Fabric.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Strong DAX skills, including complex measures, KPIs, and calculated columns.
• Advanced SQL skills with SQL Server or similar platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD for BI using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Background building data quality and validation frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Senior BI Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll build ETL/ELT pipelines in Python that feed well-structured data models, powering the semantic layer behind meaningful business intelligence. Working across data modeling and Power BI, you'll ensure that KPIs and metrics reflect the underlying data accurately, from pipeline to dashboard. What You'll Do

What We Are Looking For
