Rockwell Automation is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, start up, maintain industrial automation systems, and provide on-site support. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex equipment and systems while liaising with customers on administrative and technical matters.

Travel up to 70% of the time to domestic and international sites. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field, strong English, and 5 years of related experience in

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, System Engineering or related area.
• English in a good communicative level, both spoken and written.
• Travel up to 70% of the time, domestic and international trips.
• Typically 5 years of related experience.
• Prior experience in industrial automation and customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Configuration, commissioning, maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of Rockwell Automation software and hardware products.
• Provide technical support to customers during planned or emergency engineering services.
• Resolve technical issues related to Rockwell Automation products.
• Check out and approve operational quality of system equipment.
• Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
• Be a company liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
• Learning in Rockwell Automation products and technologies.
• Prepare technical reports on what has been done during the services.
• Complete administrative tasks such as expense and time reports (Weekly).
• Participate in the training processes provided by our organization.
