Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Executive Assistant roles.
• Experience with travel planning.
• Familiarity with US-based services, vendors, travel, restaurants, and general day-to-day logistics.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end personal and lifestyle support to executives.
• Research, plan, and coordinate domestic and international travel.
• Coordinate vendors and service providers, compare options and select best solution.
• Coordinate personal events and special occasions, including sourcing and logistics.
• Manage time-sensitive requests independently and follow through to completion.
