Community Sports Partners seeks a marketing and sales coordinator to drive email and SMS campaigns for facility bookings and pickup games. You will build targeted audiences, craft compelling messages and support repeat participation.

You will coordinate with operations to manage availability, pricing and bookings while maintaining accurate records and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires strong English communication and evenings/weekends availability.

Qualifications

• Experience building email campaigns and automations.
• Hands-on SMS experience.
• Strong written and spoken English for NA customers.
• CRM familiarity with audience segmentation.
• Comfort with data to assess campaign performance.

Responsabilités

• Plan, write, build and send email/SMS campaigns promoting facility time and events.
• Create segments by location, sport, interest and booking history.
• Develop and refine welcome, follow-up, reminders and win-back flows.
• Test messaging and journeys; report on enquiries, bookings and revenue.
