THE/STUDIO is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to own the post-sales relationship and guide clients through product development and custom manufacturing journeys. You will onboard new customers, demystify the production process, and serve as the bridge coordinating between the client, design team, and factory partners.

You will unblock delays, give guidance on fabrics and technical specs, and identify growth opportunities as production runs complete.

Formación

• 3+ years in Customer Success or account management in e-commerce or manufacturing.
• Ability to onboard customers and guide them through complex processes.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proactive problem-solving with a bias for action.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end onboarding and post-sales experience for clients.
• Coordinate between clients, design teams, and factory/sourcing partners.
• Identify and unblock production bottlenecks to prevent delays.
• Provide feedback on garment construction, fabrics, and specs.
• Spot expansion opportunities and drive upsell with design/product teams.
• Maintain portfolio health with clean notes and production metrics in HubSpot.
