Monarch Rising is seeking a civil engineer to join a US-based team on a long-term remote role. You will review drawings, perform takeoffs, and prepare estimates to support winning bids on residential, multifamily, and commercial projects.

The position offers training on our process, exposure to US codes and standards, and collaboration with a professional US team. Strong English and long-term availability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Proven experience doing takeoffs or estimates for US projects or US-based companies.
• Hands-on experience with at least one takeoff tool (PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Strong written and spoken English. Daily communication in English.
• Able to read and interpret US construction drawings and standards.
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Looking for a long-term opportunity.

Join the Monarch Rising team supporting a construction business in Georgia with plan reviews, takeoffs, and project estimating. You'll work on residential, multifamily, and commercial projects, turning drawings into clear, accurate estimates that help win real bids.

This is a long-term position for a civil engineer who wants a stable, professional role on a US team, not a one-off project. We'll train you on how we work, so you can apply your knowledge to our process from day one.

What You'll Do

• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Eastern Time
• Part-time, 20 hours per week
• 100% remote, with time tracked in Hubstaff
