NeoWork is hiring an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, deploy, and support practical AI and automation solutions that improve business processes, productivity, and decision-making. This is a hands-on remote position focused on translating business requirements into working, scalable, secure solutions using modern AI platforms and low-code tools.

You'll partner with stakeholders and technical teams to understand processes and challenges, then rapidly prototype and deploy

Formación

• 3+ years delivering technology solutions, automation, or low-code projects.
• Hands-on experience with AI, automation, or enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of generative AI, prompting, agents, and AI limitations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience configuring workflows and integrations, including APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Understand processes and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Design and deploy AI assistants, agents, workflows, and low-code apps.
• Prototype proofs of concept to assess feasibility and value.
• Integrate solutions with enterprise systems and secure data access.
• Develop test cases and evaluate accuracy, security, and performance.
• Create technical docs, guides, reusable components, and standards.
• Monitor and improve solutions based on feedback and data.
• Apply security, data governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Support user training and adoption of AI tools.
• Stay current with emerging AI tech and tools.
