Outlier is seeking a QA Coder to help train AI models by reviewing AI-generated code, rating model responses, and crafting clear prompts. This 1099 contract role offers flexible, remote work from anywhere with up to $34 USD/hour plus incentives based on project performance.

You will join a team of software engineers across Latin America, with dedicated support and a path to earn additional incentives through Missions and performance boosts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase ideally for a technology company.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve output quality.
• Write clear, well-structured computer science prompts to challenge AI models.
