Outlier is seeking a QA Coder to audit AI-generated code and provide structured feedback from trusted engineers across Latin America. You will rate model responses, identify issues, and help improve AI coding outputs.

This is a freelance 1099 opportunity with flexible, remote work and competitive hourly rates. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Computer Science, production code experience, and excellent written/spoken English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail in grammar, punctuation and style.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions to improve outputs.
• Write clear, well-structured computer science prompts for AI models.
