Outlier is seeking an experienced QA Coder to review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft effective prompts. This remote, LatAm-focused opportunity offers flexible hours and freelance-style compensation with performance incentives.

No AI experience is required, just solid CS background and English fluency. As part of the program, you will help train AI models to excel in code generation, working on diverse, discrete problems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Experience contributing to a live production codebase at a technology company.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues with guided criteria.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy, instruction following, and presentation to improve outputs.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts to challenge AI models and push coding ability.
