Job summary

BairesDev is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design and build multi-step autonomous agents that coordinate tools and long-running workflows. You will bridge generative AI models with practical integrations and contribute to scalable systems.

You will work remotely with a global team, collaborate across disciplines, and impact diverse projects. Must have 4+ years in AI/Software engineering, strong Python skills, and deep knowledge of transformers and observability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise in building agentic systems with LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Strong Python skills with tool-calling and multi-agent coordination.
• Deep understanding of transformer architecture and observability for long-running AI workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks using LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Develop and integrate custom tool-calling capabilities to expand agent functionality.
• Architect complex workflows enabling multi-step reasoning and autonomous task execution.
• Optimize agent performance with transformer architectures and prompt engineering.
• Implement robust observability and monitoring for agent behavior and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate business processes via agentic AI.
