Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Growth Marketing contributor to partner with US sales, building ABM campaigns and AI-powered automations that tell sellers when to act. You will collaborate with commercial teams daily to shape campaigns and optimize outcomes.

As a hands-on contributor, you will map data flows, design automations, and drive multi-channel programs across email, LinkedIn, and other channels. This role is remote with flexible hours and USD compensation.

Qualifications

2+ years running ABM programs in direct sales partnerships.
2+ years building automations used by sellers (signal-based workflows, data enrichment, routing).
2+ years working with US-based commercial teams or US B2B buyers.
Experience executing multi-channel campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail.
Daily, hands-on use of generative AI/LLM tools inside automations.
Native or bilingual English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Plan and run ABM campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Ads, and direct mail with sales coordination.
Map processes and build automations that detect account signals and alert sellers.
Maintain data behind programs: target lists, buying committees, enriched CRM records.
Report weekly on meetings booked, opportunities created, deals accelerated and revenue influenced.
Test new channels and scale those that move pipeline.
