Transsion in Caracas is seeking a regional sales leader responsible for setting regional plans, breaking down annual targets, and guiding the team to achieve store goals.

You will analyze daily to monthly performance data, report findings to store managers, mentor staff, conduct regular visits, enforce policies, and coordinate with other departments to drive market strategies and growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of retail experience, ideally in mobile or consumer electronics.
• Familiarity with iOS/Android and major smartphone features.
• Strong communication, leadership, coaching, and problem-solving under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Set regional sales plans aligned with annual targets and lead execution.
• Analyze sales data vs daily/weekly/monthly targets and report performance.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; oversee onboarding and development.
• Conduct store visits, enforce policies, resolve issues, and drive actions.
• Coordinate with departments; communicate policies and market strategies.
