Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Precision Assembler to prepare and assemble equipment, inspect parts, and perform tests. You will work with advanced materials and tools to ensure high-quality products for customers.

The role requires reading blueprints, operating measuring devices, and maintaining safety practices. Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet delivery goals and project timelines.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; 0–2 years relevant experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of inspection equipment and measurement tools.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Complete assemblies according to drawings, instructions, and work orders, performing testing when required.
• Operate precision measuring tools and CMM; ensure parts meet specifications.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings; document procedures and results.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Write routine reports and communicate clearly with peers and supervisors.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a results-oriented approach.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Work with data entry systems and Microsoft Office.
