Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred; 0–2 years relevant experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shop tooling.
• Ability to read and interpret route sheets or blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machines and equipment.
• Use hand tools.
• Move materials and parts using forklifts and powered lifts.
• Ensure smooth production flow and solve production issues.
• Follow complex verbal and written instructions and read blueprints.
• Adhere to safety procedures and policies.
• Train new machine operators when needed.
