UNICEF Venezuela seeks a Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Specialist to lead the design, implementation and coordination of psychosocial programs for displaced and affected children.

You will provide technical leadership, engage with government and civil society partners, and ensure community engagement and accountability across sectors. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• Master or equivalent in social science, psychology, public health or related field.
• At least 5 years in child protection, MHPSS, with humanitarian experience.
• Experience in emergency preparedness and response in crisis contexts.
• Experience partnering with government and civil society partners.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic and technical support for MHPSS interventions.
• Coordinate partnerships and multi-sector collaboration with stakeholders.
• Strengthen capacity and provide field support to teams and partners.
• Document knowledge and monitor program implementation.
