UNICEF Venezuela seeks a People and Culture Associate (G-6) to support HR processes across entitlements, recruitment, and talent management. You will help with learning initiatives, capacity development, and HR analytics, reporting to the People & Culture Officer in the country office.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, organization, and collaboration in a dynamic humanitarian context, with a strong focus on staff experience and data-driven decision making.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical work experience in HR, learning, or related fields.
• Proven knowledge of HR principles, rules, regulations and procedures within UN settings is desirable.
• Spanish language proficiency required; English basic knowledge is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support in entitlements and benefits processing for local staff.
• Assist in recruitment and placement activities.
• Support organization design and job classification efforts.
• Contribute to learning and capacity development initiatives.
• Support in HR analytics and data reporting.
