Flowserve Corporation in Venezuela is seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of machines and hand tools, performing setup, visual inspection, and safe operation in line with quality standards.

You will move materials with forklifts, read blueprints and route sheets, follow procedures, train new operators, and contribute to smooth production flow in a team environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required or 0-2 years relevant experience.
• Experience reading route sheets/blueprints is preferred.
• Basic math and ability to follow complex instructions are essential.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain machines and equipment.
• Move materials to and from work areas with power lift trucks and forklifts.
• Ensure smooth production flow and solve production problems.
• Follow safety procedures and read blueprints/routes sheets.
• Train new machine operators and adhere to guidelines.
