Living Resources is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to maintain and repair agency buildings and offices, including snow plowing and landscaping duties as needed. The role involves leading renovation projects with department staff and ensuring safety and reliability across facilities.

Compensation starts at $21/hour for Maintenance Assistant I and $24/hour for II, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4pm (40 hours/week). Benefits are offered according to program policies.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in building/construction preferred.
• Valid NYS driver license required.
• Ability to use hand and power tools for maintenance tasks.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and climb ladders when needed.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and repair agency buildings and offices as needed.
• Patching and painting, plumbing, heating and cooling.
• Minor appliance, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Conduct Home Reviews and Quarterly Preventive Maintenance.
