Join our team as IT Manager at Susurros del Corazon, Auberge Collection in Punta de Mita, Mexico. You will elevate the brand through technology across outlets, rooms, and guest services, driving operational performance and ensuring systems viability.

The role requires at least 3 years in hotel IT, proven hospitality IT project delivery, and fluent English. You will lead IT initiatives, manage budgets, and ensure security compliance, delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Formación

• 3 years minimum experience as a Hotel Systems specialist.
• Experience implementing IT projects in the Hospitality Industry.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Support All Operational IT aspects.

• Attend IT-Security Compliance processes, Networking, Quarterly User Audit.
• Control costs associated with IT Budget and CAPEX.

Job Description

Join our team as IT Manager at Susurros del Corazon in Punta de Mita México, reporting to the Finance Director and IT Regional Director. You will be responsible for elevating the brand of Susurros del Corazon through the lens of tecnologic experiences around the outlets, rooms, each area that are available to the internet and technologies, driving the operative performance at Auberge, ensuring complete viability and maximizing all opportunities and resources. You will also ensure that the highest service standards are adhered to, and that guest experience exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support All Operational IT aspects.
• Elevate the guest internet experience.
• In charge of attending all processes related to IT‑Security Compliance. Networking, Quarterly User Audit.
• Controlling cost associated with planning on IT Budget and CAPEX.
• Leadership, Trainer, Strong IT knowledge.
• Ability to communicate in English with co‑workers, guests, and management to their understanding.
• Versatility, discipline, organization, proactive, strong work ethic, and sense of teamwork.
• Competence with Networ

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience as a Hotel Systems specialist.
• Probed IT knowledge implementing projects & initiatives in the Hospitality Industry.
