The A Career is seeking a detail-oriented Interior Architectural Drafter to join our team. You will prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and millwork details to ensure concepts meet technical requirements and building standards.
Collaborate with interior designers and architects, convert sketches into coordinated construction drawings, and maintain thorough documentation. A strong portfolio showcasing interior drawing sets is required for screening.
Formación
- Advanced English knowledge required.
- Strong engineering/architectural background.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Lumion.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; 3D rendering with SketchUp.
- A strong portfolio of interior drawing sets and joinery.
- Deep understanding of interior construction methods and joinery.
- Excellent spatial awareness and detail orientation.
- Ability to prepare drawings from plans and sketches.
Responsabilidades
- Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, and millwork details.
- Translate designer sketches into construction drawing sets.
- Specify interior finishes, furniture layouts, fixtures, and hardware.
- Update drawing sets for design changes and site conditions.
- Coordinate with contractors, MEP consultants, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regs, and accessibility standards.
