Thea Career Inc. is seeking a BIM Modeler / Revit Drafter specializing in Scan-to-BIM to transform 3D laser scan data into data-rich BIM models in Autodesk Revit.

The ideal candidate will have experience with as-built modeling, millimeter precision, and the ability to interpret complex scan data for architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. A portfolio may be requested during screening.

Formación

• Education: Degree or Technical Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years in Scan-to-BIM production workflows.
• Required Software: Revit (Advanced: modeling, phasing, worksharing, family creation). ReCap Pro (Advanced: registration, cleanup, clipping, exporting point clouds).
