The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in sourcing passive talent across the Healthcare, Engineering, IT, and Legal sectors, delivering consistent results of 3–5 placements monthly.

You will utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools to minimize reliance on job boards while enhancing candidate engagement and management. The compensation includes a $1,000 base salary plus a 10% commission on placement fees.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of candidate sourcing experience in the United States.
• Proven ability to deliver 3–5 candidate placements per month.
• Expertise in engaging passive candidates without job boards.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage passive candidates across various domains.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting processes from intake to placement.
• Track metrics to ensure placement goals are achieved.
