Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer for a relocate-to-Malta role. The position combines frontend React.js with backend .NET, with hybrid work in Sliema and Malta.

The role requires leadership in architecture, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring within a Microsoft Business Solutions context. You will engage with clients, translate business requirements, and deliver high-quality, testable code while embracing DevOps and modern development practices.

Formación

• A minimum 6–8 years hands-on IT experience.
• Proficient in object-oriented programming concepts.
• Proficient in algorithms and data structures.
• Proficient in relational databases.
• Experienced in asynchronous programming.
• Experienced across different software development lifecycles.
• Experienced as a full-stack developer with React.js (Frontend) and .NET Framework (Backend).
• Experienced with source control systems.
• Familiar with cloud-based services.
• Knowledge of containerization.
• Awareness of DevOps practices.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to learn quickly and work with initiative.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to understand and influence business requirements.
• Willingness to adapt to multiple technologies.

• Excellent organization and prioritization.
