Essel is seeking an experienced High-End Residential Superintendent to oversee luxury custom home construction from groundbreaking to completion. You will manage daily field operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure exceptional craftsmanship on every phase.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in luxury residential construction, experience with ground-up projects, and proficiency with Procore. Knowledge of high-end finishes and strict safety standards is essential.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent of high-end residential or luxury custom homes.
• Experience building ground-up custom home constructions.
• Experience overseeing high-end remodels and additions is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Track project progress and provide regular updates to the project team.
• Manage punch lists and oversee project closeout to ensure a flawless finished product.
• Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

This individual will be responsible for managing daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring exceptional craftsmanship throughout every phase of construction.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience building multi-million-dollar custom homes and understands the level of quality, communication, and attention to detail required when working with luxury homeowners, architects, and designers.

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent building high-end residential or luxury custom homes.
• Proven experience managing ground-up custom home construction.
• Experience overseeing high-end remodels and additions is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing, and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors while maintaining quality and schedule.
• Experience reading blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Proficient with construction management software such as Procore (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on homes valued at $5M+.
• Familiarity with luxury finishes including custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, steel, glass, and specialty materials.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Experience working directly with discerning homeowners, architects, and interior designers.
