InterContinental Abu Dhabi is seeking a warm, polished Club Lounge Receptionist to deliver personalized guest service to Club Lounge guests from arrival through departure.

You will combine Front Office expertise with guest engagement, manage check‑ins, preferences, and special requests, and collaborate with Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge, and related teams to ensure a seamless, memorable experience.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming Club InterContinental guests warmly with personalized service.
• Manage check-in/check-out and guest arrivals smoothly.
• Recognize VIPs and IHG One Rewards members and tailor service accordingly.
• Build relationships and anticipate guest needs throughout the stay.
• Answer inquiries about facilities, restaurants, and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and update preferences in the system.
• Assist with reservations, transportation, and special occasions.
• Communicate guest preferences to relevant departments.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge, and Housekeeping.
• Ensure privacy, security, and grooming standards are maintained.
