Reboot Monkey seeks an experienced Data Center Technician for on-site contract work at facilities in La Guaira, Venezuela. The role covers installation, maintenance, and migration tasks in mission-critical environments.

You will coordinate with NOC teams and clients to ensure reliable operations. Candidate should have 2+ years in data center or IT infra, strong cabling and hardware skills, and familiarity with DCIM and ticketing tools.

Formación

• 2+ years data center or IT infrastructure experience.
• Strong cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a; fiber)
• Experience with server hardware (Dell, HP, Supermicro)
• Knowledge of DCIM and ticketing systems preferred
• Familiarity with major colocation providers preferred

Responsabilidades

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions and migrations.
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber).
• Rack, stack and label servers.
• Perform cross-connects and patch panel work.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
• Document work with photos and notes.
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams.
