Rockwell Automation is seeking an EU Account Manager to lead strategic market and product plans, identify key customers, and foster partnerships. You will analyze market data to guide strategy and collaborate with sales teams to deliver Rockwell Automation solutions across designated segments.

You will report to the Sales Manager End-user and drive growth while managing complex opportunities and mutually beneficial partnerships.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Business, Engineering or related field.
• English in a good communicative level, both spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement account plans for all assigned accounts.
• Lead Rockwell Automation resources to provide solutions, products, and services to customers.
• Coordinate sales programs and activities according to regional goals.
• Manage objections and pipeline of opportunities, negotiating profitable deals.
• Collaborate with all sales teams to expand market reach, ensure sales coverage, and guarantee proper order management.
• Develop, use, and share successful concepts to showcase Rockwell Automation's capabilities.
• Build business relationships with accounts by understanding their organization and goals.
• Focus on growth opportunities that support Rockwell Automation's market strategy.
• Understand business models and how to use them, including interpreting financial statements.
