IHG is seeking a Bell Service Agent to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and guide them through hotel facilities and room features. You will coordinate with departments to meet guest needs and support smooth check-ins and check-outs.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment. A high school diploma and hospitality experience are preferred, with professional appearance and flexibility for varied shifts.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Assist guests with their luggage
• Provide information about the hotel's facilities and services
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and phone calls

What We need from you:

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
• Knowledge of local attractions and transportation options
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
