3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a client‑focused associate to engage lobby clients and educate them on self‑service options such as mobile banking, online banking, and ATM transactions.

You will help process cash transactions accurately, build relationships, and guide clients to solutions that meet their financial goals while adhering to laws and bank policies. Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours may be required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business, finance or related field preferred.
• Experience in financial services or sales is a plus.
