Lane Valente Industries is a Leading International construction and facility maintenance company with offices throughout the U.S. and Canada.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Account Manager to oversee projects for Fortune 100 clients across the US. This role involves coordinating with the Management team, handling high-volume calls, dispatching requests, running reports, data entry, and PO processing.

Looking for a detail-oriented person to work with the Management team overseeing projects for Fortune 100 clients across the US

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Work with Client Account Management Team and Information Management Team via telephone and email
• Answering high volume of incoming calls
• Dispatching service requests to technicians and vendors
• Running reports and following up on all service requests within your range
• Data Entry
• Processing purchase orders, etc.
