Job summary

Lean Solutions Group is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative in Caracas to build and maintain relationships with carriers, negotiate rates, and support efficient freight operations. The role emphasizes proactive outreach, problem solving, and performance-driven targets.

You will identify new carriers, coordinate shipments, and ensure accurate records while collaborating with internal teams to optimize capacity and service quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of Carrier Sales experience, or at least 1 year of solid B2B sales with strong negotiation.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to maintain professional partner relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintaining accurate sales/operational records.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and transportation partners.
• Negotiate competitive rates and agreements to meet business needs.
• Identify and engage potential carriers to expand the network.
• Coordinate with carriers to secure capacity and timely shipments.
