Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the company's sales pipeline and CRM
• Serve as an operational point of contact for prospects and newly closwed clients
• Prepare, distribute, track, and organize engagement letters
• Manage client onboarding
• Help leadership keep the sales organization moving
• Maintain and execute standarized communication workflows
