International Rescue Committee (IRC) Venezuela seeks a Programs Assistant to support the implementation of community mobilization activities in Táchira and Apure. The role will involve assisting with diagnosis, enrollment, strengthening, monitoring, and exit processes for targeted communities, and serving as a liaison between communities and the IRC field office.

Reporting to the Senior Programs Officer, the assistant will collaborate with MEAL and Programs teams to ensure quality data,

Responsabilidades

• Quality technical: support design, enrollment, monitoring and closure of community processes to implement the CIR Venezuela mobilization strategy in Tachira and Apure.
• Partnerships: engage with community leaders and partner staff to ensure inclusive, coordinated community engagement and referrals and socialization of program offerings.
• Other functions: perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor to achieve program objectives.
