GE Healthcare is seeking a Digital Analytics Leader to partner with the core commercial area of its global marketing organization. You will translate stakeholder needs into analytics products, define KPIs, and steer delivery from roadmap to adoption.

In this product‑ownership role you will shape what gets built, manage governance and backlogs, run workshops and user acceptance tests, and drive adoption and business value across regions.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in marketing analytics and BI partnering.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics or related field.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Builds trusted relationships with stakeholders and translates needs into KPIs and use cases.
• Owns roadmap, backlog, milestones and governance for the analytics portfolio.
• Runs workshops, design reviews, demonstrations and user-acceptance testing to ensure products meet business needs.
• Leads communications, training, launch and adoption, and monitors usage and business value after release.
