Innodata Inc. is seeking detail-oriented Reviewers to evaluate AI-customer chat conversations across a range of business case studies.

You will assess how well an AI agent's responses align with the given context—flagging vague, inaccurate, or off-brief replies—and provide structured, actionable feedback. This is a fully remote, short-term assignment with a 6-hour daily commitment and a defined daily output.

Formación

• Strong reading comprehension and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
• Experience in content review, QA, transcription, or AI training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review assigned business case studies to understand context, tone, and expected outcomes
• Evaluate AI-customer chat conversations against the business case for accuracy, relevance, and alignment
• Identify vague, inconsistent, or incorrect AI responses
• Document clear, well-structured feedback for each reviewed case
• Maintain consistent quality and turnaround within the defined AHT (45 mins/case)
• Complete a minimum output aligned with a 6-hour/day commitment
