As a Zscaler Security Engineer, you will support various teams within the IT Security Department. Responsibilities:

1. Design, deploy, configure, and support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions.
2. Manage policies, SSL inspection, and troubleshoot Zscaler services.
3. Provide expertise in firewalls, web proxies, VPNs, SD-WAN, and routing protocols.
4. Collaborate with cloud and identity teams to integrate Zscaler solutions with identity providers.
5. Lead end-to-end project management to ensure successful delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Hands-on experience with Zscaler ZIA and ZPA.
2. Strong understanding of network security technologies including firewalls, proxies, and VPNs.
3. Knowledge of Zero Trust Network Architecture and cloud platforms.
4. Familiarity with identity and access management tools and protocols.
5. Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or similar languages.
