Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior Zscaler Architect within the Data Protection and Privacy practice. You will lead defined workstreams, translate business and regulatory requirements into zero trust designs, and guide implementation across identity, network, cloud, and data protection domains.

The role emphasizes hands-on Zscaler experience, architecture artifacts, and collaboration with security, privacy, and technology teams. Travel may be required to support client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/Cybersecurity or related field.
• 3–6 years of cybersecurity consulting or architecture experience.
• Hands-on with Zscaler including ISA/PA.
• Knowledge of DLP, cloud security, and data protection.
• Ability to translate requirements into architecture designs and roadmaps.
• Travel as required by client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Zscaler security and data protection workstreams from discovery to deployment.
• Design and support Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange solutions.
• Develop secure internet and SaaS access designs and patterns.
• Create zero trust private application access designs and migration plans.
• Incorporate data protection requirements into Zscaler designs.
• Support assessments and roadmaps across security domains.
• Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate requirements into architecture diagrams, traffic flows, and test scenarios.
• Produce reference patterns, decision records, and implementation guidance.
• Provide direction to junior resources and review deliverables.
