Simple Solutions is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 SCM Lead with Asset Management to guide complex SCM engagements. This role emphasizes functional leadership, architectural design, and cross-functional collaboration across multi-country deployments.

You’ll drive BPA workshops, sign off on specifications, and coordinate with PMO while traveling as needed. A strong background in D365 SCM and Asset Management is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and MS D365 SCM certification is highly desired.
• 10+ years of experience architecting complex supply chain solutions using D365 FO or SCM.
• Proven ability to lead functional consultants and own functional design from BPA through deployment.
• Strong understanding of asset management, advanced warehousing, costing, and MES concepts.
• Experience in multi-phase, multi-country, enterprise-wide implementations with integrations to third-party systems.

Position Overview

As a D365 SCM FunctionalSolution Architect you can expect to…

· Act asFunctional Solution (SCM) Lead with Asset Management experience on SCM projects while implementing various modules of Microsoft D365 for SupplyChain Mgmt

· Participate in pre-sales initiatives such asassessments, discovery sessions, proof of concept asneeded

· Conduct Business Process Analysis (BPA)andBusiness Process Reengineering (BPE) workshops

· Create, finalize and sign-off on functionalspecifications, unit and system test scripts, and deploymentplans

· Own the functional aspects of projects and leada team of functional consultants; Review work products created by functionalteammembers

· Hands-on system knowledge in manufacturing,advanced warehousing, costing, supply chain management including Asset Mgmt processes in D365 FSCMto guide the consultants

· Lead conference room pilots and user acceptancetesting sessions; Ensure a formal process is in place for issue resolution,specifically around the functional architecture and integration points oftheimplementation

• Asset Hierarchy & Functional Locations: Organize assets (machines, vehicles, and production equipment) in a structural hierarchy and assign them to specific functional locations to track movements and costs

Maintenance Strategies: Support five core maintenance models:

• Reactive maintenance (break-fix)
• Scheduled maintenance (time- or interval-based)
• Condition-based maintenance
• Predictive maintenance
• Cognitive maintenance
• Maintenance & Request Management: Allow users to submit maintenance requests, validate faults, and route jobs to staff.
• Work Order Management: Create, plan, schedule, and execute multi-job work orders using mobile devices.
• Financial Tracking: Integrate with the Project Management and Accounting module to post labor, tool, and material costs against specific maintenance projects.
• Mixed-Reality Integration: Connect with Dynamics 365 Guides to display step-by-step visual maintenance instructions for technicians.
  

· Collaborate with PM to create functional backlogin DevOps, sprint and iteration planning.

Act as escalation point for all functional design issues duringaproject

· Adhere to and improve implementation methodologyas the business paradigm changes;Establish implementation and trainingbest practices for F&O team and actively trainon/disseminateinformation

· Researchwhat’schanging in the D365space; Work with PMO to make recommendations on how we can adapt ourimplementations.

· Travel as the needs of clients and our businessdictate
