Job summary

HSO is seeking a D365 Supply Chain Solution Architect to lead and deliver complex D365 SCM implementations across multi-country environments. The role focuses on functional architecture, BPA workshops, and cross-team leadership to drive successful deployments.

Ideal candidates bring extensive D365 SCM experience, ERP knowledge, and a proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable architecture while guiding diverse teams through multi-phase projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years combined experience with Microsoft D365 SCM implementations and architecting enterprise systems.
• Experience in assessment, analysis, business case development and deployment.
• Strong background in ERP concepts including supply chain, manufacturing, planning, production, and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Act as Functional Solution Architect on D365 for Supply Chain modules.
• Lead the D365 Supply Chain Management workstream.
• Perform solution advisory and BPA workshops.
• Estimate enterprise-level projects with required resources.
• Create solution blueprint and conduct fit/gap analyses.
• Provide design/development/testing/deployment guidance.
• Ensure testing and issue resolution processes around architecture and integrations.
• Sign-off on functional specs, test scripts, and deployment plans.
• Provide training to ensure client successful use and maintenance.
• Travel as needed by clients and the business.

Job description

As a D365 Supply Chain Solution Architect you can expect to...

• Act as Functional Solution Architect (FSA) on projects while implementing various modules of D365 for Supply Chain
• Lead the D365 Supply Chain Management Workstream
• Perform the Solution Advisory/Solution Architect role in the analysis phase of a D365 F&O implementation
• Conduct Business Process Analysis (BPA) workshops
• Accurately estimate entire enterprise-level projects along with appropriate resources and skillsets required
• Conduct Business Process Analysis (BPA), create the Solution Blueprint document and perform Fit/Gap analysis
• Act as solution advisor to the project during design/development, testing and deployment phases
• Ensure a formal process is in place for testing and issues resolution, specifically around the functional architecture and integration points of the implementation
• Finalize and sign-off on functional specifications, unit and system test scripts, and deployment plans Ensure training will cover all relevant topics allowing client successful use and maintenance of the application
• Act as escalation point for all support issues during and after a project
• Travel as the needs of clients and our business dictate

If this sounds like you, you'll have...

• 8+ years combined experience with Microsoft D365 SCM implementations, application deployment and architecting complex enterprise systems
• Project experience including assessment and analysis, designing business case development, envisioning, planning, deployment, benefits analysis, etc.
• Strong background in ERP concepts, such as supply chain, manufacturing, planning, production, and distribution, WMS experience a plus
• Ability to translate requirements created by the business and functional analysts into the architecture for the solution
• Hands-on experience with multi-phase, multi-country, enterprise-wide implementations
• Proven record of delivering information systems business value at an executive level
• Ability to be the trusted voice at the decision-making table
• Ability to move between high-level architectural review/design and the "roll up the sleeves" level of performing all phases of an application delivery project
