Job summary

Naples Zoo, Inc. is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to manage all zoo program reservations and coordinate closely with the Guest Services team.

The role requires attention to detail, independent work habits, and the ability to take ownership of reservation processes. The successful candidate will handle inquiries by phone and email, process payments, maintain calendars, and collaborate with external partners to expand ticket distribution and revenue.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one-year experience in customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to represent the organization in writing and verbally in a positive, professional manner.
• Highly motivated, energetic team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Zoo program reservations, including guided tours, field trips, toddler programs, animal encounters and camps.
• Use Gateway Ticketing Systems to input and track reservations and review processes for on-time delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact for park reservations, CRM, email and phone communications.
