Job summary

Naples Zoo in Naples, FL is seeking a dedicated Reservations Coordinator to manage all Zoo program reservations, including tours, field trips, toddler programs, animal encounters, and camp experiences. You will handle input in Gateway Ticketing Systems and coordinate with the Guest Services team.

The role requires strong organization, the ability to work with external partners, generate revenue and attendance reports, and provide excellent guest communication across phone, email, and in person.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience in customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage Zoo program reservations, including tours, field trips, toddler programs, animal encounters, and camps.
• Input and track reservations in Gateway Ticketing Systems and resolve system issues to prevent delays.
• Serve as the primary contact for park reservations and coordinate with the Guest Services team.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person; process payments and maintain calendars.
