Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to the zoo, answer general questions.
• Provide administrative support for Guest Service Managers and Assistants.
• Assist with guest inquiries, directions, and information on zoo activities.
• Process calls, payments, reservations, and visitation paperwork.
• Maintain equipment and spaces; take inventory and follow policies.
• Assist with guest surveys and reports.
• Operate City vehicles/equipment where authorized.
• Assist with other Guest Services operations.
