Job summary

SBA Communications is seeking a detail‑oriented Zoning Analyst to support zoning applications, analysis, and due diligence for potential site acquisitions. The role focuses on municipal coordination, documentation, and compliance, working within a collaborative, owner-minded culture.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of zoning/land use experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of zoning and land use experience with municipal authorities.
• Customer service/administrative support experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Education & Experience:

• H.S. Diploma/GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of zoning and land use experience and working with municipal authorities. Customer service/administrative support experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge and intermediate proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
