Responsibilities

• Review zoning plans for compliance with local ordinances.
• Provide guidance to applicants and officials on zoning and land use.
• Coordinate plan reviews and track timelines.
• Maintain knowledge of IPMC and local codes.
• Prepare plan review correspondence and input into company software.
• Assist with zoning enforcement as needed.
• Generate reports from permitting software.
• Support roundtables and team members as required.
